    Is this respectable for someone 170 lbs?

    You can bench 310, but can only rep 255 5 times? Maybe I didn't read that correctly.

    Nope you read it rigt. Since im aiming for 5-6 sets i had to tweak it so i just got every rep perset i wanted

    I've seen guys a little lighter use heavier weights; however, you weights are pretty impressive. Your x5 bench should be a little heavier though (closer to 270), in my opinion.
