    5x5

I will be starting a cut in the next few weeks and would like to start a good 5x5 type of workout program to follow while I am on my new diet. I have found several but I am going to post one that I found to see what you guys think because i have some issues with it.

Monday & Thursday Workout is as follows:

    barbell bench press 5x5
    barbell row 5x5
    barbell curl 2x5
    skull crushers 2x5

Tuesday & Friday Workout is as follows:

    barbell squat 5x5
    leg curls 5X5
    seated calf raise 2x5

I mean what the hell. Where is the shoulder work and shit like that? I am just wondering your thoughts and what you guys would add to this.
