    Body crash

    Long story shOrt. 102 outside no ac today drand only 2 liters of water cut so under ate, danced at a party for 3 hours; feel incredibly weak, im pale, throbbing headache and have huge lift tommorow (hopeing tO take vids) suggestions for a fast recovery?

    Dude. Seriously? HYDRATION.

    If you have some sort of big physical demand for tomorrow, recommend you carb up and eat appropriately tonite probably one of those electrolyte drinks - hell, for competition to avoid dehydration we keep a bottle of Pedialyte around, get a good night sleep, and for God's sake, keep a couple gallon jugs of water w/ you all day long. Thinking also wouldnt' hurt to sip on some BCAA as well.

    I don't know what your "big lift" thing was - but shit dude, if it matters, you need to plan ahead. Ideally I guess you'd do a big fat carb up the night before. Not a sloppy carb up if you want to avoid digestion issues the next day, but enough to resupply glycogen and a period of time for your body to absorb it.
