i am in the middle of my 6 th week on this program and so far all my lifts are going up as planned apart from rows. i did expect this as i started far far to heavy during the intial weeks only made it too three reps instead of the 5 i was targeting.
i understand i would need to reset it however i was hoping to get a months worth of prs so i was wandering if i could reset it back 3 weeks instead of 4, would it make a difference?
also i have not noticed any arm development i have been doing 3 sets of curls and i have slightly gained strength and have definitely gained strength with the 3 sets of dips. i understand most people would say compounds alone are enough for arm growth but after alot of trial and error i know 100% my arms do not grow from them, they have always been a bit stubborn. so i was wandering should i up my bicep work and tri work to 5 sets each?
and before you ask my diet is in check, get good sleep, rest etc

I agree here. Compound movements alone is not enough to grow mine, even one isolation exercise for arms after compound exercises isn't enough. I had to up mine to two exercises at 3-4 sets each to see progress.
