^^ This is the first question - what are you trying to accomplish?

Next, I recommend you spend a little time reading this sticky and those referenced within for some good guidelines to build a good training program:Training 101

And a couple suggestions relative to your posted schedule:
    - don't do cardio before training - you can do a "warm up", but I wouldn't expend my glycogen on cardio when I'd rather expend it on training. If you're already playing basketball after training, I'd consider this an additional glycogen need and would suggest you keep a protein shake or something handy to consume between training & Bball so you don't just run out of energy during your game. If you are looking to just do cardio to continue the fat burning effect that has been set up by your training, then do it after your training or on a different day than your training, or at a different time the same day of training, but with a good 6-8 hours seperating the sessions. (I"m guessing you're probably not going to be hitting the gyms 2x / day for this.)

I"d also not schedule a full day for just triceps or just biceps - these are smaller muscle groups that you are already train as part of back or chest day - IMO doing a full day in addition to the larger muscle group days is just overtraining small muscles and setting yourself up for injury or at a minimum, tendonitis (which never really goes away).

I'am trying to get my body ripped. Yes I want some muscle but not excessive. I want that definition on your body, and to get that beach body. My main goal working out is to achieve my goal to get ripped.

Maybe give us some background - how tall are you, what do you weigh now, maybe post up a pic. Also describe your diet.

I'm 5'11 1/2, 163 lbs. My diet consists of 3 meals a day, one in the morning, afternoon, then at night. I stick to water mainly, drink juice and Gatorade on occasions. A lot of nutritions throughout the day, carrots, oranges, so on. I don't know my body fat, how would I figure that out?

I'll send you a pm with some stuff. But believe it or not you need to eat alot more then 3x if you want good results. Your body needs fuel to grow and cut. It takes time, patience, and lots of discipline to get results.

    This part is not true.

This part, however, is right on the money.

Why do you say this? Because one guy at your work is cut doing this?

Okay, so he's a cardio guy and he snacks on carbs all day. Ask him if he's ever been fat.

no i said this because u wont get bigger without eating. and i was reinforcing the statement about more meals a day then 3. the guy at my work eats a shit ton because of the ridiculous amount of calories he burns but he still burns more calories then he eats which is how he cuts

He doesn't cut. He's lean all year.

    Has he ever been fat?

You said you have to eat more than three times a day if you want good results. I say this is incorrect.

No, it's okay, you don't need to defer to me. I can back up what I say quite easily; I'm interested to know why you thought frequent feedings were necessary. Have you personally tried it both ways?
