Whats the best way to repair Rotator Cuffs?

I'm struggling with mine and it's making me depressed as hell!

I injured my right shoulder doing bentover dumbell laterals over 2.5 months ago and I have been staying away from all weightlifting and concentating on cardio instead not my choice rather out of neccessity.

I have been doing some periodical Rotator Cuff exercises at least once a week.

I need some sugs from the pros here.

    I agree

Once they don't hurt, then start with light rotator cuff work.
