    Short Cuts in Offseason

I am not preparing for a contest i just want to lower my bodyfat the lowest around the summer time. I am beginning a long bulk cycle until about March and I was curious if i could maintain a relativly low bf 11 and below if i were to integrate short cutting pphases after 6-8 week bulks. the cuts would be around 2-3 weeks. Would this be an effective approach or not. I typically gain size very easily its just the staying lean part that is dificult this time around I plan on doing more cardio and eating much cleaner. Is this an effective approach?

What you're saying w/ more cardio & a cleaner diet is basically just another way of saying clean or lean bulking. Not every bulk has to leave you a fat fuck who can lift more. The lean bulker is slower to produce results because you're balancing the growth w/ limited fat gain, but it works.
