Hello Guys and girls my name is Rey i am 24 years old and my weight is 155 and I totally new to the body building world and my goals are to add some weight on my bones and build muscle. I have been reading a lot on these forum but is still find everything a bit confusing. Can some one point me in the right direction on how to start my training, what supplements I need to take ect ect. make sure you learn proper form for lifting. squats and bench presses really benefit from proper form, and using improper form you can actually injure yourself
im not to sure on what you should be eating, but do yourself a favor, get yourself a big tub of protein powder. you will definitely need that.
