Height is missing, it matters in reference to body weight since someone 6'5 220 lbs clearly does not have the same muscle mass as a 5'10, 220 pounder

    6'2 , aprox. 212 lbs, 12 % BF, 100% natural

    Bench 1 rm 325

    5'11'
    201lb's

    Deadlift - 445lb x 1 - 2 weeks ago - Probably could do at least 10lbs more
    Bench - 330lb x 5 - 1 month or so ago
    Shoulder Press - 190lb x 3 - 1 month or so ago
Dont know my squat but its embarrassing - Just been trying to go below parallel now every-time and not worrying too much about the weight

    5'10 208 8% BF

    335x4 Bench

    465x4 Deads

My knees are demolished from 8 years of football, so I never squat more than 315, but I do it for 8-10 reps full ROM.
