
Does anyone have a great kettle bell training routine they wouldn't mind sharing? I enjoy kettle bell lifting on cardio days.
If you hop on Youtube and put in 100 Kettlebell exercises into a search there are a bunch of great routine videos on there. You can also search for Agatsu who is one of the kbell certifying agencies and find some good routines.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.
The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.
