    suggest me a program

I been doing this upper lower split for months now.
Mon Thr upper Tue Fri lower
    I'm 25 6'2 165

    bench
    bent over row
    incline bench
    lat pulldowns
    military press
    tri rope pulldowns
    bb curl
    shoulder shrug

    squat
    sldl
    db lunges
    ham extension
    db single leg calf raises

All with 3 sets with each set increasing the weight 5 pounds with the reps per set 10-9 8-7 6-5 respectively.

Strength has increased pretty well sense is started logging everything.
some big increases since april to now are
    bench 130 -160
    squat 110 - 200
    military press 60 - 105
    dead lifts 145 - 220
My main concern is some of the constant strength increases are wearing down. I just took 5 days off after about a 4 month run. What program should I look into starting. Or should I tweak this around or do a push pull legs split. I need some experienced advice.

I figured every mass gain program was gonna have the same lifts that I've been doing since day 1. Kinda worried about the structure and how im do reps and sets.

    I'm a big fan of Push/Pull/Legs split.

How do you do your sets? Is the 9-7-5 I had good or bad?
