Noticeing more grown to my pecs from benching more and i got up to 17.5kgs X 10 Reps, on chestday and weighted in at...a nice 74.2 !!!! Gain? ;P
Deadlifts...= The Best, The Worst,
They do everything in your body, but oh god there hard to do correctly, sometimes around those last 3 reps..farkk if anyone wants to no the supplements im currently on.. there called chicken,tuna,fish, and veggies ahaha :P i need to get some weight gainer to assist anyway back to my topic, today i did my abs my wonderful workout that has gotten me a decent set missing the lower 2 tho, i switched up tryin some dragon flags, and planks and some TVA. currently im good but tonight its going hurt. tomorrow is legs day.. painful. will be uploading next update on...friday night.
