    taking measurements

    when you take measurements, do you do them flexed or unflexed, also, do you always measure at the biggest part, like the biggest part of the arm, right in the middle of the bicep? thnaks for help.

    Biggest part

    You can also take a pumped measurement, but always label it as such....or you can't compare apples to apples!
