    high top loaf ass? how to slice the loaf?

    hi ppl gota funny one for ya
    how do u get rid of a bardge ass?
    i train all the time and do cardio but cant seem to get smaller glutes if anything they just grow bigger with every leg exercizes???
    So yeah wanna grow the legs without the ass?
    and wanna shrink it haha,any ideas on how to acomplish this???
    Atm im doing dct mon wed fri and 1hour cardio with sit ups eod .

    It is just muscle and fat. No real way to shrink it other than reducing bodyfat.

    If that's you in the avi, I cannot believe it is very big compared to those arms. Are you sure this is not a body dysmorphia thing?

    Get over it. All you can do is work your body and get in shape. Your ass will be the shape it's meant to be. You can't change it much unless youre overweight or gocky. If that's you in your profile pic, your ass is probably not going to change much. Assthetics...aesthetics...
