HST need some help understanding the program but also information while cutting
i want to cut in about 3 weeks or so for about 4 to 6 weeks and then jump on HST to bulk.
From my understanding of the program there should be two weeks of 15 reps, two weeks of 10 reps, 2 weeks of 5 reps and 2 weeks of nagatives, drop sets or another 2 weeks of 5 reps i then take off 9 days for SD
here is my planned routine ( on a side note i want to deadlift and squat in the same session so with a deadlift set i will cover an extra set for legs with hams, a set with back and a set of calphs)
In order:
On another note my arms do not grow on compounds alone, just incase that had any bearings
squat (2sets)
Bench press (2 sets, Third set depending on a compound exercise for tris)
deadlift (1set)
Bent row (2sets)
Military press (2 sets)
Laterial raise (1set)
EZ curl (2sets)
Narrow grip (2sets)
does anyone have a spreadsheet calculator that uses kilograms instead of pounds, im just not sure if this one does pounds or Kg from the offical HST website Official HST Calculator
finally when i go on my cut i plan to use the same exercise selection on monday15reps, wednesday10reps, friday5 reps every week for 6 weeks or so to work out my ranges accurately etc. will it be okay to do this and then take 9 days off before using the same exercise scheme to properly implement HST whe i bulk
