    7 site caliper test

Has anyone ever heard of this? What are the sites that are taken?

Is it any better than the three or four site?

Sorry if this isn't the best place for this ?, I didn't want to put it in open.......
    Thanks

    w8, sooner...or I will later (not on my work puter)...post the urls for 3, 4, 7 and 9 sites.

7 site Jackson- Pollack is the most widely acepted (I believe ACSM used or uses this)

It uses the Axilla, Tri, Leg, Subscap, SI (illiac crest), Ab and Chest folds (the links will show were and how)
Parrillo uses those but drops the Axilla and adds Bi, Calf, and Lower Back

Depending on the age or ethnicity of the subject......some tests are better or more accurate...in general...the more sites the better. Especially because we look at changes in those sites....A LOT MORE than the BF number!
