    Advice

    should i get an elliptical machine or a rower.

    I have 300 dollars to spend and i need one that can hold 350 pounds.

    I would get a gym membership if you don't have one, working out at home is difficult!!! At a gym you get to use all kinds of cardio equipment but best of all you get to look at all the honey's (male or female--acccording to preferrence). IF you really decide you must have a piece of equipment at home I would definitely check e-bay you probably could buy both of them for a combined $350 there slightly used.

    ...More cardio equipment, more resistence equipment...more value for your money

    Yup I agree with everyone else on getting a gym membership. Working at home is not too bad, I like it myself. But when I work with other people I feel like I can do much more then when I working out myself. Plus you have a lot more exercises you can do.

    If I had to choose, i'd also say the elliptical glyder, if you wait till the end of February, there will probably be a few in the Bargin finder for cheap.

    Stairmaster all the way.

    That's, of course, if you refuse the gym and resistance training, which is much better for just about everything.
