How many reps for smaller muscle groups?

To build mass while bulking for smaller muscles like biceps, triceps, traps and forearms should you train them heavy 6-8 reps like larger muscle groups or higher reps for for these muscles?

In general, train them with the same rep scheme you make your best gains with. Reduce the total volume of training for the smaller muscle groups and train them immediately after the larger complementary muscle groups to reduce or outright eliminate the warm-up sets required.

Bi's and forearms, high reps (mine respond to 12 plus only, annoyingly) the rest whatever you want, my tris respond best to mid range reps weirdly 5-8

I use the same concept as other muscle group, high weight, low rep
