Yes u can, u need too eat alot and get as much sleep as u can. If your natty don't kill yourself every workout.... Cuz without "help" your body can't do 2a days for long before your body gets burn out even with great nutrition and sleep.

I think it's fine as long as you don't go overboard.
This makes me think you will go overboard

So I think you would be better off doing all your weight training in one session and then doing some cardio in the other session.

In all honesty, you're trying to add weight, so no, it isnt a good idea. My suggestion would be to go balls to the wall in the one session, possibly doing a full body routine three times a week. Definitely not during bulking. You may be thinking this might be in good effort, but I wouldnt go completely crazy in the way you want to train.

Also, we cant make a decision based on the original question. We have no idea whatyour training protocol looks like. Care to post it?

I personally dont like being there longer than 60mins. I think that most people just get caught up in lifting weights and forget where the gains come from... Rest.

If you're trying to bulk, 3 hard session a week is plenty. WOs should be under an hour.
