Do you have legs?

Currently doing a 4 day split with opposing muslce groups.
Mon-Bi's and Tri's
Tues- Chest and Back
Since I am also hitting the bi's and tri's on chest and back day, is it better to rest a day in between or is hitting it back to back benifical?? Thanks for any responses!

Do you have legs?
there are too many factors when it coming to asking this question such as ...
Do you have legss? no? then go train them
drugs or not?
how much sleep/ rest are you really getting
age?
I rest when I need to, such as right now I am training so hard I train 4 days and take days of rest when I need them.
in order to get results food/rest need to be on par!

Sounds like a simple question, but..
- teens seems to grow well exersising 24/7
- in the army soldiers don't have much rest, but they grow into elefants..
I asked similar questions earlier & got no response from our gurus..
Bench, Squat and Deadlift. You need nothing else at this time.

Yes i have legs. I said it was a 4 day split and only posted two days. Tards! Nevermind

haha yeah u should prob do a leg day after ur first workout day but if u do it like u have it i wouldnt worry about at all as long as ur form is terrible were u work out ur biceps more then ur back lol
Way to start out on the board bro. Just insult some of the most knowledgable people here ("tards"). Hey I got an idea...the post display has an edit button, use it and quit being a jackwagon and swallow some of that testosterone filled pride and rephrase the question! Or maybe just say "my fault forgot to put in legs"

I would give at least one days rest in between those two days you have mentioned but if you must do them back to back you should at least flip the two so that you do chest and back on day1 and bis and tris on day2. Always focus on compound lifts with maximum effort first and then follow up with accessory/isolation lifts for arms, be it in the same days workout or back to back days.
To speak before you think is like wiping your ass before you shit!

It's not like the other posters where not being "jackwagon's (whatever that is) and swallowing thier testosterone filled pride." They didn't even give me a chance to answer the question. If these are the most knowledgable people here then I will definately be using another board. I do have to admit that picture is pretty darn funny tho. Whatever.
U mad bro?... Srsly.. They were just fuckin with you and you got all butthurt.. Chill and respond.. It is that easy.. This board has lots of awesome people who can help you In many areas

I just joined 2 days ago. These guys are knowledgeable and remind me of being at my gym or with my ball team. Bunch of fun guys shootin the shit, passin knowledge around.
I train chest Monday, Back and Hams Tuesday, arms wednesday, quads thursday, shoulders friday. I alternate abs one day calves the next. This was what I used for my shows years ago and it worked very good for me. Of course, every one is different.
You're all fat. Now, to the OP, I'll give you a dollar to buy a sense of humor. Otherwise, your current routine sucks. Try this:
Day 1: Back Thickness/Chest
Day 2: Quads/Light Bicep work/Standing calf work
Day 3: Cardio/Active recovery
Day 4: Back Width/Delts/Seated calf work
Day 5: Hams/Triceps
Day 6/7: Active Recovery & Cardio
I mostly utilize this type of routine setup. It's derivative of BGB.
