    Trying to put on mass.

im trying to put on a bit o' mass. In my old gym i went, M, W, F, Sat, and did one body part per day with the absense of legs for the last year. My new gym limits me to gym access only M-F. I feel if i go every day, that im not recovering enough and in turn putting on mass at a much slower rate. How should i split my workouts up to provide ample recovery time. I will be giving gopro's workouts a try starting today and i would like to once again train legs. Any suggestions are appreciated.

    thanks

    Welcome to the board

You could go with a 3 or 4 day split.
    M-Chest/abs
    T-Back/traps
    Th-Legs
    F-arms/shoulder

    or
    M-Chest/shoulders/tri's
    W-Legs/abs
    F-Back/bi's
    Cool

I would try to make sure legs were done on a day by themselves. Or like Scotty said, with abs. Legs are vital to adding mass all over.
