    inverting my BGB?

So i have been on BGB for a little while now (say 5 weeks?) and i have stalled on major upper body lifts (except chins ) i am thinking about switching the order in which i hit the weights in to see how i do, for example

    friday is typically:

    Assisted chin's 5x5
hammer machine (or neutral grip cable) pulldowns 3x8 - weight is stuck

standing overhead BB press 5x5 - staying the same or worse weekly
Side raises 3x8 - improving on these actually

Bicep work - not a problem (yeah i know i said bicep work. im shedding the gut, but it comes a point in every man's life where he says, shit, my (insert muscle group) is the worst. mine is biceps)

    so,
what i am thinking here is to switch over to this

    Standing BB Overhead Press 5x5
    Side db raises 3x8

    Assisted Chins 5x5
    hammer/neutral pull down 3x8

    bicep work

thoughts and feelings? i know its only been so long, but ffs, i know i am far from how strong i should be right now, given injuries that set me back over the past 6 months.

Try it and see if it works. So many different things could be causing the stall. I run BGB and I have never stalled. I have also switched things up many of times and always netted new gains.

I used to 5x5 with the same weight. No I do 5x5 with increasing weights. Sometimes I do not make the last set all the way to 5 reps though.

Nothing is written in stone. Built gave us a great baseline, build upon it with your own style.
Please do not PM me with questions, I will not PM you back.

somewhere between garbage and psmf. i know the virtues and standards of good dieting, its just a matter of not fucking up and getting enough rest, not quite insomniac, but a weeknight normally includes MAX 5 hours sleep.. i am going to look into using 1 weight, or starting at a higher weight on my 5x5 movements. additionally, my work schedule is hell on my training schedule. some days i can sfw 5 days, others im lucky if i get 1 day.

on the positive, i am looking leaner, losing BF and my chest/shoulders/arms are gaining size. I am still nervous to train legs since i pulled a glute... bowling lol
