When you measure your thigh do you do it at the top right below your nads or in the middle between your nads and your knee?

I usually measure my thighs a little above the middle but not all the way at the top.

You measure a muscle, in this case your thigh, around the biggest area of the muscle.

You measure while flexed! As Large said, the largest area of the muscle.
