    Wow, progress

    Ok so today was the day i was set, had my mind i wanted to do everything a weight up so i lift the 5, 7.5, 10 kgs weights... me i was kinda..scared of trying heavy due to injury s but i love dumbbell chest presses so i thought id get some one to spot me, i grab 15kgs and pushed out 12.. fairly easy was amazed at how it was...then i tried..17 i got 10 out ! now i try the highest and i didnt have a spotter to pull my arms in i got...4 on 20Kgs, this all natural im 161 and to some it might seem little but it was a good prove ive been moving, every single weight for chest has moved from the 5-10kgs'
    to the 10-20kgs even decline fly's

    Congrats man!! It is great to see the weights go up isn't it. Keep up the good work.
