    Very sore glute and hamstrings

Well I do kick boxing and I'm in my mid 40's now. I have this very tight sore pain right under my glutes into my hamstring. I cant even bend over to touch my toes without this horrible pain. Now I do get corizone shoys in my lowr back and hips and it seems to help it for just a month 0r 2. Now If I didnt do my kick boxing I dont think I would be this tight and sore. But I need to know why I have this pain.Could it be from the hips or the lower back.I cant kick anymore or have any flexability lately because of this

I get the same pain when I do heavy lunges. It's transient and seems to go away in about 4 to 5 days if I don't do any lunges or squats. Have you changed your routine or are you perhaps doing a move that drops you to one knee before you spring back up?

I dont do any dead lifts. My doc did give me a Mri script to get one done just to make sure I didnt tear anything. After a rub down it seems a little better. I wonder if its dehydration because thats the one thing I dont get enough and thats water intaje
