I have been told there are some muscles you should work out almost everyday. Abs, forearms and calves. True? Thanks for answering my questions guys.

I don't think you need to work those muscles everyday either. If you think about it they do get worked everyday. Abs get worked everytime you do any excesise to help you balance (ie millitary press, barbel curls, squats). Calves get worked everyday also, just walking around. No need to overkill them.

Some muscles like the ones you mentioned do recover faster than others like Legs, chest and back but ALL muscles need time to recover.
Quit listening to the person that told you that. ![]()
