Sore as hell..

BACKGROUND:
i just started backworking out on monday and my legz are sore as hell... this is soreness ive never experienced before .. i believe i overworked my legs doing squats i ended up doing fifty sumthing squats starting low and raising the weight 10 here 20 there (very unorganized).. we(others on my same level on the football team) were trying to find out what we wanted to rep w/ on squats and it turned into an ego battle in game called "SQUAT" b.k.a. "HORSE" when we ended we went to do powercleans 3 sets and then we did form runnng and ran the mile

PROBLEM
i did not go to workout tuesday .. they did form running, sprints, and the 800.. however i am still sore,... i have trouble standing up and sitting down.. walking up and down stairs...walking in general and i have workout tommorrow.. ive tried icy hot, stretching, and hotbaths... nothings worked.. again ive never been sore like this in my legs usually the soreness i get is only when i stretch i feel pain... now if do anything i feel pain.. what should i do

Sounds like you finally worked your legs. LOL! No, not being mean but seriously that sounds like pain I get almost everytime I work my legs. Half the time I can't even stretch they are that sore

It should go away in about 3 or 4 days. Thats about how long a really good leg workout soreness lasts for me.
