Most of my cardio is on the eliptical machine. Less stress on the knees. If I'm running outdoors, I'll usually jog a mile then start doing sprints for 1-2 more miles.

I always always ignore this, but I was wondering what are your best cardio workouts? Im thinking of literally going 2 weeks no weight stuff just all cardio.
