B-bell hacks?
Barbell hack squats - anybody do them?
I've been experimenting, placing a 2x4 under my heels, it's akward at first but next day you'll feel pain you didn't know you had. Is it effective, and could the movement be added to a regular routine? Thanx. |

Hacks are good. I never really do them, its too awkward for me and i can't find anything to put my heels under.
I'd say the only universal exercise for legs would be squats, all other exercises will or will not work for different people. |

I also prefer regular squats to hack, they seem to bother my knees to much.
