It depends on where you feel them, bro. I do traps at the end of back nowadays because I feel alot more of a pump from them than if I trained them at the end of a delt workout. Standard deadlifts and power-rack deadlifts are great exercises to put some meat on your back, as well.

Definitely deadlifts...I didn't start putting good muscle on until I started doing those.

Strict chins with a squeeze , db rows , but more than a specific exercise learn to pull from the elbows not the bis . It might sound easy but it takes a while to get it down . And keep a tight arch in your lower back too .

barbell rows, dumbell rows, pull ups, deadifts... sorry more than 3 lol. I usually do 4-5 exercises for back. oh I also enjoy doing the close grip row with a barbell shoved in the corner. great exercise!

you have to work on your back thickness. you got the width, now it's time to work on the thickness.

go with heavy deadlifts, barbell rows, heavy dumbell shrugs & weighted chins.

& try not to neglect the traps, traps make up almost 30% of your back.

Increased muscle defintion is a function of body fat. You probably store more fat on the backside of your body. Increasing the size of your back muscles will not make them more defined. It sounds like what you want to accomplish requires losing body fat.

^^^^ I read the hole thing and was gonna say it bf not your workouts..... If the back is big just not defined, theat jus there u hold more water/fat. Nothing to do about it only way is to get bf down.

Cuts are amount of body fat on u not the workouts u do.
