Proper diet and exercise are the key natural ways to increase testosterone levels.

Aside from that you could supplement with natural products aimed at increasing testosterone levels. Erase by PES and D-Aspartic-Acid are my personal favorites. Erase is also nice because it lowers cortisol and estrogen levels, on top of increasing testosterone.

Testosterone is based on the same structure as cholesterol so having a moderate amount of that in your body is a good thing (though not too much, for reasons that should be obvious). Eggs are a good source of cholesterol (and protein, hoorah!) though dietary cholesterol doesn't really impact blood cholesterol much. Monounsaturated fats found in olive and avocado oils, aswell as nuts, also stimulate testosterone production or at least contribute to it.

The most important thing you can do though - Lift heavy weights. Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Bent Over Rows. These exercises stimulate more muscle than anything else, and that is the most potent testosterone booster there is.

To be honest, if you're looking to gain weight and are still fairly young then your test levels are probably fine and all you need is food and the aforementioned squats/deadlifts to gain weight.
