I purchased this simple looking wheel with handles on both side from Wally World the other day, $8.95 It is like a ab roller. Talk about a killer ab workout!!! It says to do 3 sets of 7 to start I believe and I did 3 sets of 12, felt nothing. The next day it felt like someone had cut me from my chest down below my belly button. I tried the wheel again and couldn't do one. Now I'm back up to 3 sets of 12 but still feel them. Best 9 bucks I've spend on equipment.

I made up something similar with a couple of free weights and a dumbbell handle, had the best ab workout in years!!! ------------------ If you build it they will come |

i us a surl bar with to two fice pound weight on each side i think im going to by the roller thing and take it on my trip
