im starting to find that my main weakness is my lower back. What exercises do you guys know to work the lower back. i really gotta get stronger there. thanks for the help.
P.S.- can someone post a detailed description or a link to one for cable rows? thanks.

Deadlifts as well as back extensions over a stability ball and superman (opposite arm/leg raises) over a stabilty ball...hold the contraction for 5 seconds on each rep for added muscle/stability recruitment
Searching for the right balance...
No question Number 1 excercise for lower back is DEADLIFTS as stated above. Good mornings, Stiff Leg Deadlifts are a few more.
Note: SLDeads are not actually performed Stiff Legged. You should always keep a slight bend at the knees. Same goes for Good mornings.
