Tough Mudder
Anyone else see these kind of events. Freaking look like a blast. I think most of their training programs seem a tad on the "p90" side. I know having a decent endurance and flexibility would help.

Casa de Fruta. Love that place. My buddy has been trying to get me to do this one too. Its only a 5K and its a decent drive for me now. Still undecided though.

There is 2 of them in jacksonville in October I think the 8th and 15th I think they're both 5k's though... Either way they look pretty fun.

I have buddy that does mudder and really likes it. I did an adventure race in virginia last year that was awesome.
