    Decline angle?

I am going to start using the decline instead of the flat bench for a little while. What angle do most of you use? They can go from just a little below flat to practically hanging upside down.

I do flat and inclines. Never decline. I have read many articles that say it is pointless...but what do the articles know right lol

The decline actually recruits more of the chest muscles than the flat bench. This has been discussed in previous posts many times before. I am just curious what angle most people use.

My lower chest grows way faster than the upper and delts so I usually stick to incline. Going just below parallel and using dumbells works good for me though
