Just wanting to know what you think. I'll try to find a full body pic from June and take one from now, but I think my results have been pretty good... I actually have a chest now (the right pic is sort of fuzzy)
Bench - 150lbs
Squat - 100 lbs (only started them in the last month)
Deadlift - 100 lbs
Barbell curls - 70 lbs
DB Curls - 30 - 35 lbs
Leg press - 210 lbs
Calf raise - 340 lbs
Standing shoulder press - 160 lbs
Trap shrugs - 220 lbs
More... too tired to think
Looks like you gained a couple of pounds of muscle, however, you've lost at least a pound of tan.
My diet mainly consists of yogurt, cottage cheese, almonds, chicken, my mass gainer shake, fruits, vegetables, rice, grains, wheat, peanut butter, etc.
As for deadlifts, I only started incorporating those within the past month to a month and a half. I am at 135 lbs right now.
Those are good foods for gaining but be SPECIFIC, for all we know your eating one meal a day with all that in little portions. Post up your routines and your meals, i-e how often , how much, etc.
I'm 17 bench 185x10 205x7 225x4 squat is weak it's at 185x8 deadlift is 185x10 205x8 215x6 I'm only 5'6 height and training for three years any reccomendations on how to get stronger?
4meals a day usually a lot of steak an pasta thts all I eat and I take carnivore protein after each workout high carbs right before Monday back and bis Tuesday chest abs Wednesday delts traps and tris Thursday back and bi Friday off Saturday anything I might have missed I usually go 5 times a week I can't do legs right now because of football but that's basically everything
