    volume routine

    Hello everyone. i¨m a lover bodybuilding since i have 16 yold.

    many here know me, most of them in the gear topics, so now at my 39 years old

    need some help about how to make a good routine cuz i m not clear about the volume in each workout.

    i have loss some performance since september last year and this year i have gain some weight fat.

    i reconized that my workout its no regular, cuz many things like job, i had feel tired , and fell bored

    my body weight 94 kg, bd fat around 30 and my waist around 100cms.

    any help i will apreciate.

    Pick any weight lifting routine, aim to become stronger and do your cardio (30minutes 3-4 times a week ).That's all you really need

    Hi my friend thanks to take the time to read this post and reply.

    your advise sound good, but remember i`m not in shape, 30 minutes cardio will killme believeme. when i go to the gym usually do 15 20 minutes cardio.

    but ill take your recomendation, thanks alot.
