Question looking for some helpful advice!!

I work shift work...this makes coming up with a certain routine for bulking and just trying to add mainly lean muscle a problem. Trying to come up with some kind of plan as far as meal planning and workout program. Any advice would be great..Im open to any and all input.. Right now I basically am doing full body workout every other day( Mon-Wed-Fri) with a little cardio each day before breakfast..and just cardio on (Tues-Thurs-Sat) and off on day on Sun. Thanks in advance for all the advice!!

Like I said I work shift so I might not be able to respond to you all right away, but I will as soon as I can...

?.... I don't understand, don't do your hole body. Do your workout like anyother. 1day do say chest and tris, the next do legs and abs the next day take off then do back and bis thetake a day off and start over..... I don't see why you can do that. I you have time to work the hole body then u should have time to work a body part or 2

    Am I missing something?

You're missing the "w" in whole...

lol but yeah, OP I would break your routine down and hit two bodyparts Heavy and Hard each workout. Then eat like a champ and bring food to your work with you that you can eat while there (if need be you can do protein shakes/weight gainer shakes and almonds/granola/bars/etc.)

I will take that advice and start the split routine next week..I didn't mean that I didn't have the time to do that, I just wasn't to sure as to witch was better for gaining lean mass the best.

As far as taking a gainer to work I haven't given that much thought, I do usually take a regular protein shake with me..never had a weight gainer, any good suggestions on one that is not extremely high in calories?
