    Grip4orce

Has anyone been using these? I've been training with the regular flex version for 3 weeks now. I was shocked to know I actually had some very weak hands and forearms after 12 years of training. I will probably stick with using them every other arm and back workout. I'll also keep stats on my strength gains
but already have seen the numbers go up on my pull ups and muscle ups.

I used to use fat gripz a lot. I had some pretty good grip strength gains. I used to have trouble with anything over 300 on deads. Now I can get closer to 400 without needing straps.

That was over the course of roughly 6-8 months. I feel like those are average gains if you work on grip strength. My grip is nothing to brag about.

It's definitely your grip/forearms that are holding you back, so why don't you focus on that instead? Straps will completely go around the problem and leave your grip weak dude.

Speaking of fat gripz, here's a pair of homemade thick bar grips that has worked well for me.

Wow that thing is badass looking. I'd love to get my hands on a real fat bar.
