    need help also?????????

Im kinda of in the same situation as Isbe. I'm 6'1 and 212 lbs. I used to weigh 245. I lost a lot of fat, but I still have a little fat around the belly button area. I've been lifting for about 4 months now and have gained a pretty good amount of muscle. So, if I want to lose my gut I should focus more on cardio? But, won't I lose a lot of the muscle that I have already built up?

Cool. I was just making sure. I meant to reply on Isbe's thread, but I guess I hit the new thread button. They were telling this guy to do more cardio since he had a lot more weight to lose. Well, thanks again.
