    Need Help with planning.

I am coming off cycle started at 195 now 191. I went from 14%bf to 9.2 It was a 10 week cut 6 week cycle. Now my goal for April 1st is 200lbs 5 percent body fat. I am not sure how I should begin. In years past when i bulked i would just stay around 14 percent bodyfat however I would like to stay around 10 if possible. My question is how would you guys recommend assembling my bulking and cutting schedule for this year.
