Trying to Decide between three routines

    1. Bombing a bodypart once a week, 5x a week routine...Back explodes, arms explode, shoulders explode with great tricep incisions, legs are decent and chest is decent, but lacks more then anything else bc my shoulders overtake. And Im able to concetrate on one muscle group and put my all into it with more mind muscle connection.

    2. Upper/Lower split...Strength Hypertrophy....Everything looks way more proportionate and a bit thicker overall on my upperbody appearance. But i dont get as good as a "pump" which i know has nothing to do with muscle growth, but who doesnt enjoy having there arms and shoulders pumped up on the drive home, feeling alpha as ****.

3..Layne norton PHAT...Only been on a week and so far I cant complain, only problem is my shoulders and arms arent and the striations arent there like when i bomb a bodypart. So far like on Upper/Lower upperbody is looking more thick and chest is filling out more, but my shoulders arent as wide and I feel like the volume perbody part isnt high enough for me. Like I said only been on a week so I cant make any judgement.

    Hmmmmm..what to choose..

Do one for 3 months, log results. Do another for 3 months, log results. Continue to cycle between the routines you got the most from. Only you can determine which routine will give you the best results and which one you will mentally prefer.

I get good results from GVT but mentally hated going to the gym. Get pretty good results from 5 day split, and loved the routine.

I disagree with your theory that muscle pump don't build muscle, thats wrong. You should do more research on that, you should always try for that pump so it shuttles all that nutrient rich blood into your muscle fibers. So anyways, I'm on a 5 day a week routine, I do every body part 1 time a week, and I have had good results, however I'm about to change my routine to 6 days a week doing every body part twice a week.
