Can anyone explain why in the world SLDL kill my ham's.
I've done squat, leg ext. and leg curls forever and have no problems. I just started doing SLDL and bam, my ham's kill.
I know that it's because I just started the exercise but, what about the mechanics of the SLDL are different from leg curls?
Striving everyday to getting Bigger, Better, and Better Looking. The later is a struggle.
Its because your ham's are involved in knee flexion and hip extension. Meaning that your hams work at two joints, leg curls don't have any hip extension happening, while SLDL's do. So in essence, you have never worked your hams like this before.
