    Bicep-curl routine - your views

    Morning all,

Well, I've recently begun minor weight-lifting since purchasing a pair of dumb-bells with variable weight-discs. At first 15reps of 7kg was enough, but now about a month-on I've upped it to 50reps per arm three times a day.

Is this enough, and when should I consider going up to 10kg?

    Thank-you.

Wellllllllllllll...... I would have to say yeah now is probably as good of a time as ever, but surely you don't do just curls right? Growth really is a "full body" process

I agree. There is very little you can do with a set of dumbbells. You'll reap much better results by investing your time and effort in a gym membership where you can execute a variety of lifts which support full body development.
