Taking less days off strength training wont improve endurance.
Just do some HIIT post workout or on days off.

Hi guys,
I have been lifting an intense 3 day muscle gain program for a while, but have just gotten into wrestling season, and would like to change my program to a more endurance lifting program. Would it be a good idea to lift 6 days a week? And if so, what muscle groups should I do each day?
