Hi Everyone,
i am new here and I just stumbled across this video of the P90X Extreme Home Fitness Workout Program. Does this workout program really work? Is it possible to get these results in only 90 days?!
Thanks!
Jack
If you work like a dog!, well..., for some I guess, but if you really want to go that route, you'll get the same or better(I've heard) with AthleanX, and you won't have to work out everyday, and your diet isn't as strict. One of my old friends moved to Cali and now he's doin' a workout show, can't remember the name of it, but his name is B. Peeler. He's got an awesome 90 day challenge. You should check it out. I've heard that P90X works great for some people. It really depends on your goals...
Works great if you never worked out a day in your life of course you will see results in 90 day's.If you go to the gym and your already in decent shape forget it
When I got out of the army I sat around and ate fast food for a few years. Needless to say I got fat, like 35-40% bf kinda fat... I did p-90x and for the first two month was all natural. Lost like 20lbs of fat! The last 4 weeks I took some winny and by the time p90x was over I had lost 30lbs and was down to 12% body fat. I did take it a little over the top though. I pretty much lived off salads soups and shakes, I also ran almost everyday on top of doing p-90x. But for someone who doesn't know much about working out I.E. Muscle confuession it's a great program and I am very much a fan. It definitly got me off to a good start. I started noticing results right away which
Is what got me hooked on fitness... If your new to fitness I would say do this program first before getting in a gym. Not only will it build your self confidence for the gym it will educate you on how to work out.
