    GoPro's power,rep,shock Back routine! Help!

    Hey Everyone!!!!!!!!

    Ok iv been going by Gopros routine for 2 weeks now and HOLY CRAP am i SORE...its workign so well...but im just wondering about something!

    On back i dont see anything for lower back besides power week? Am i missing something? on reprage there is no dead lifts and shock week there is no dead lifts? I was just wondering because i thought u always do dead lifts on back days! LOL...

    Sorry for the dumb question! lol

    yeah, GP's program is the best program i think i've ever been on. and thats a good question, i sorta wondered the same, but never questioned it.

    Ok, well I try to clear up these things as they come along. For lower back here is what you can do...

    power:
    -deadlift...3-4 x 4-6

    rep range:
    -deadlift...1 x 8-10, 1 x 10-12, 1 x 12-15

    shock:
    -superset: hyperextension/deadlift or hyperextension/good morning...1-2 x 8-10 each
