    Body Fat Measurments

What is the best way to detect body fat. I'm starting my Diary on HST and want to track my body fat but, I have no idea how. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hydro static test is the best but if you don't have access to a facility that does it then get yourself some calipers.

digital calipers will work great, and even if the do not give a 100% accurate measurement they will give you accurate progress if they're used correctly and consistently, and that is all that matters.

...the one website where you input your age, weight and measurements to calculate you BF%.....does that give you at least a ballpark estimate of your BF% or is it way off?

I say the best way to measure fat is to get naked in a female college dorm. If the chicks scream, run away, say Ewwwww, OMG, and or fat azz!! Then you need to loose weight. If they all smile and say "whoohooo" dude your looken good.

Yeah, sorry, but your own structure will play a role in that. I tried once and it came up with 9.5% I think, from wrist data and etc etc, and that is WAY WAY off.
