    Post Calculating Targer Heart Rate.

How do you do it? I am aware that there is a formula, and some of the inpouts are based on your age( at least i think)

    I am 6'2", 198lbs. and 22 years old.

    Thanks.

    210 - (1/2 your age 11) - (.05 x your body weight 198) + 4 =193 is your MHR

Target hear rate is 70 to 80% of your MHR, so yours is 135 to 154.
