probably it is not diet related, how long youve been like that...maybe overtraining, maybe just plain fatigue, sort of a chronic fatigue, due to mental reasons ..
just take it easy you may want to workout one muscle group at a time in a day and try not to stay too long in the gym..just one muscle group and get out.

Well how many calories are you eating daily? And how long have you been using stimulants? Nothing "gives" you energy dude. You're only causing a slight malfunction in your endocrine system(the system that runs things like, oh, adrenaline) thus, as we've said before on here, you're only "borrowing "energy from another part of your body since it can't be created or destroyed, right? How about eating some vegetables and ditch the jacked for a month or three? Some people don't respond well to a bunch of things you can't pronounce. Until you've done this you don't really know for sure, unless you get diagnosed with something before then.

Agree with Merkaba. If you're taking a lot of Jacked your system is probably just overstimulated. Its also possible that your appetite is somewhat suppressed and you aren't eating enough food to keep yourself going. If you're always tired, get cold easy, and get frequent headaches or "brain fog" then your calories are probably too low.

How long since last cycle? I ask because this happened to me. My test levels weren't back up for awhile even after pct. I felt tired and generally shitty.

Well yes if you're geared up then you might have some other issues to tend to.

And seriously. I give my body a break from caffeine period. Just came off one and I'm back on jacked as I'm trying to cut and I need the appetite suppression it gives me like Gaz mentioned.

Sounds like you're not training/eating very smart. Hire a coach.

Have your hormone levels checked. I did in January and discovered I was suffering from adrenal fatigue. Very low DHEA and very low cortisol. I started taking DHEA and cut out the stimulants, it took me 4-5 months to feel somewhat normal. Last month I went to the doctor and the DHEA and Test is even lower. The DHEA has restored my energy, but I'm not 100%. I see the endo in 3 weeks. I've never cycled.

I'm not suggesting you take DHEA, but get some blood work done just to see where you're at. fatique is also a sign of overtraining, so it could be that too.

BTW, I have not ingested caffine for 2 weeks. I was not supposed to anyway, but the DHEA was doing its job. I feel even better being off the stimulants, but it took of few fogger brain days to adjust.

Just a shot in the dark but this is what happens to me...

If I sleep more then 7 hours I am tired all day no matter what. 7 hours or less I'm g2g all day. I don't drink coffee or any type of stimulants except 1 scoop of jack3d before I lift. My current supps are jack3d, krealkalyn, and pink magic. Maybe your sleeping to long? IDK...

Take a break from the Jack3d. Its easy to burn out on stims and just like everything else, should be cycled.

I'm also really interested to see your actual diet - do you mind posting the portions and putting it into a food counts program (e.g. fitday.com) to get the total cals & macros?

You still havn't told us how many Calories you are eating a day...

    Did you drop your carbs?...

Before I knew how to properly cut I would cut my carbs drastically low...

I could not get through my workouts or push the same weight...

I raised my carbs, and bam I was back...

If you are in a Calorie surplus it could be that you have become tolerant to the DMAA in jacked...

Your body becomes tolerant to DMAA very quick... I know that after about a month of using it I started to get depressed and have a lack of energy after taking it...

Lay off it... Work outs will suck for a bit, but you will get back in the groove in time...

If you must take a caffeine pill, but only pre-workout...

If you use caffeine all day it will lose it's stimulant value...
